Adult Ballet Classes
This gentle, fun, inclusive, and judgment-free class will focus on the fundamentals of classical ballet in a safe environment for ages 25+. A creative alternative to traditional fitness classes, it incorporates strength training, resistance, and cardio, as well as provides a means for artistic expression. This class is designed for adult learners, and the instructor will make adjustments to accommodate any limitations.
Students can expect to benefit from this class in the following ways:

Tuition: $70 for a 6-week session.
